Nice to meet you!

I’m deeply committed to helping people silence internal and external disturbances, encouraging clear communication with their inner wisdom, and deciphering the subtle language of the body. My goal is to guide individuals toward inner and outer alignment, manifesting from a harmonious space of authenticity.

In my work, I’m passionate about using detoxification as a tool to rewrite narratives rooted in inadequacy, insecurity, and scarcity. As a holistic detoxification specialist, I employ a range of techniques to support the body's natural detoxification processes, creating space for transformative self-discovery and reflection.

My journey into health coaching began with a deep-seated passion for holistic healing and a profound desire to empower others to live their healthiest and happiest lives.

Growing up, I faced numerous health challenges that sparked my curiosity about the intricate connections between our bodies, minds, and the natural world around us. As I navigated through my own struggles with disease, I realized that many of us have become disconnected from nature and our own intuition, making it difficult to nourish our bodies and create balance in our lives.

My personal experiences led me to explore profound questions about existence, motivation, and the nature of humanity. Through my own healing journey, I discovered the power of curiosity and keen observation in uncovering the factors that promote healing and those that contribute to dis-ease.

My mission is simple: to embrace Nature's love and inspire others to lead healthier, happier, more adventurous, and sustainable lives. We hold the reins to our legacy, shaping it with each choice we make. By embracing solutions instead of dwelling on problems, we unlock the potential for a life filled with abundant experiences. Let's savor every moment and create a legacy that nourishes our souls. There cannot be a problem without a solution! (Shoutout Michael B. Beckwith)

Here’s how We Start:

1. Recognize The Story: We'll examine the stories you tell yourself and the beliefs you hold about yourself and your capabilities.

2. Ask Yourself Questions: Our minds are often guided by a dominant question, influencing the decisions we make. Together, we'll explore why you may not be reaching the goals you've set for yourself, listening closely to your subconscious messages.

3. Re-Write The Story: We'll challenge old narratives and provide your subconscious mind with examples of how you can rewrite your story to align with your true desires and aspirations. By unraveling the story of who you believe you are, you'll discover the graceful ability to shift your lifestyle, eliminate toxicity, and nurture your body back to health. No force require, haha!

Join me on a transformative journey toward healing and self-discovery, as we uncover the keys to your well-being and vitality together.

From Pain to Purpose: A Journey of Transformation

My journey from pain to purpose began with my own suffering, igniting a passion to guide others toward a life without limits.

At just 11 years old, I started experiencing what doctors deemed minor symptoms: eczema, psoriasis, asthma, anxiety, and migraines. The remedy? A slew of medications—topical steroids, antihistamines, inhalers, and ibuprofen tablets—yet relief remained elusive.

As I entered my teenage years, the anxiety became overwhelming. I felt unsafe everywhere—school, home, even in my own bed. Insomnia plagued me, exhaustion became routine, and depression felt like my identity. I lashed out in relationships, projecting my pain onto those closest to me, while feeling unheard and misunderstood by the world. I seethed with anger over the relentless suffering I endured. "Why me?" became a constant refrain echoing in my mind. The weight of my tumultuous childhood eroded my trust in love, in humanity, in everything around me. Each day felt like a battle, leaving me questioning the very essence of life itself.

High school brought its own challenges. Constantly compared to my outgoing brother, I felt invisible, overshadowed by his vibrant personality. I tried to blend in, donning the "good boy" persona shifting from skater clothes to polos and Sperry’s and isolation in fear of being seen. But no matter how convincing the facade, my inner turmoil persisted.

I grew up with addiction in my home, and I swore to myself that I would never get involved with any substances because of how much pain they brought me and my family. Amidst the backdrop of addiction in my home, a shadow I swore I'd never step into, desperation clouded my judgment at 14, leading me to cannabis for solace. The harsh smoke filled my lungs, but it also brought a fleeting sense of peace—a rest from the chaos I have been experiencing in the form of worrying thoughts within.

As years passed, cannabis became my crutch for sleep, pain, anxiety, and numbing the fear I couldn't face. But I was merely masking symptoms, not addressing the root cause. Younger Pat felt invisible, drowning in survival mode, one distraction at a time as the physical and psychological progressed.

After high school, my health spiraled downward. Diagnoses stacked up—chronic fatigue syndrome, IBS, prostatitis, chronic UTIs, a hiatal hernia, GERD—each feeling like another crushing blow. Doctors prescribed antibiotics like candy, handing me a plethora of drugs to test out, yet relief remained elusive. The doctor's office morphed into my personal hell, prescriptions my sole lifeline. Debt accumulated, hope faded, and thoughts of giving up loomed large.

I relinquished control to white coats, watching my life unravel. Relationships crumbled, jobs slipped away, and I dropped out of school, hitting rock bottom with a resounding thud.

But even in darkness, curiosity flickered—a guiding light in the abyss.

After undergoing both a colonoscopy and an endoscopy, I reclaimed control of my health narrative. No longer tethered to the reliance on doctors for answers, I found myself at a crossroads. Their diagnosis of mere inflammation, followed by a prescription for antidepressants to manage my IBS symptoms, served as a jolt from complacency. It shattered the veil of victimhood, igniting within me a fervent curiosity. Questions surged forth: Why does the conventional medical model fall short in its aid to people? Why do most of my physicians bear the burdens of overweight and exhaustion? And most importantly, what immediate actions can I take to reshape my journey toward well-being?

I delved into understanding my body, unraveling the intricate dance between mind and matter. I discovered meditation and my oldest brother sent me a video on Wim Hof in 2019. With meditation and breathwork practices I started to create space from my thoughts and who I thought I was. Paired with psilocybin mushrooms, the world, once utterly nerve racking and dull, became colorful. My internal narrative shifted from victimhood to empowerment. I began to forgive my brothers who struggled with addiction, my absent father, my mother, and even myself. It finally dawned on me that if I had lived the same lives and experiences as those I resented, I would be just like them. This realization opened my eyes to a new perspective: everyone is simply doing the best they can with the circumstances they've been dealt in life.

As I moved forward, I noticed remarkable improvements in many of my symptoms. Little did I know, I had been entrenched in a toxic environment for far too long—an abode tainted with mold, a workplace saturated with harmful chemicals, and a diet lacking in nourishment. However, as if by magic, a shift occurred within me, altering my very reality. Gratitude supplanted resentment, and each hurdle transformed into a stepping stone for personal development. Remarkably, my body began to transform alongside my evolving mindset, even amidst the persistent presence of chemical and physical stressors.

Placing my trust in a force beyond my own understanding became my beacon of hope, leading me towards a future filled with radiance. Despite encountering numerous trials, from undergoing surgery for newly diagnosed Chiari Malformation to grappling with Lyme disease and mercury toxicity stemming from childhood amalgam fillings, I persisted in finding strength within to reshape my perceptions and convictions.

Though the journey continues, those moments of awakening during the darkest times of my life were the turning points—a shift from darkness to dawn. Obstacles may linger, but armed with a new perspective, I face them with courage and resilience. From aspiring to be a veterinarian as a child, to envisioning a career as a pharmacist in middle school, and even exploring hemp farming in high school, my journey has guided me precisely to where I belong: in service to those who are often overlooked in a culture that champions self-sufficiency and minimizes their struggles as mere complaints. My unwavering intention is rooted in compassion, to serve as the voice for those who need to be heard and the eyes for those who need to be seen, inviting healing and understanding along the way.

Much Love!
